Request to Deny the Consolidation and Boundary Adjustment
149 verified signatures. Filed for the September 21 Planning & Zoning meeting. Asks the Commission to deny the consolidation on the ground that conformity with the Zoning Code, required by §410.010(I) before record-plat approval, has not been determined. Volumes below open as their own documents; filed PDFs will be posted after the meeting.
Petition 3 — August 17, 2026 · filed PDFs
Volume I
Requests rescission of the June 11, 2026 conditional site-plan approval and adherence to §410.010(G) before any revote.
Volume II
Requests review of the M-1 use classification, compatibility, and Chapter 405 compliance in connection with the pending consolidation review.
Volume III
139 verified signatures. Of those, 133 appear by row in the record — some by name, some as “name withheld for public viewing” — and 129 authorized their comments to be published. The record also includes community response statistics, the issue matrix, and authorized resident comments (current through August 15, 2026).
Volume IV
Exhibits A–M: minutes, ordinances, site plans, Sunshine Law responses, Recorder of Deeds correspondence, DNR/water permits, the 41 Roelker Road precedent, and school district/MoDOT records — each linked to its source file.
Petition 3 · Supplemental Materials — August 18, 2026
Filed with the Clerk August 18, 2026. A clarification of scope, not a new petition: the rescission request stands as signed; the sequencing objection concerns the validity of the June 11, 2026 approval and is not a request for guidance on making the project approvable; and nothing in the filings concedes that a revised plan, conditional use permit, variance, rezoning, plat, completed study, or condition of any kind can make this use lawful or appropriate at this location.
